-I am in love!-

Not in the literal sense of course.

How can I forget to inform you, my dear friend if I am attached? There should be an extraordinary shower of fireworks in the sky if that was to happen. ;p

Jokes aside, I am in love with these:


Made these during today's baking class. There are not extraordinary had you seen what my teacher made. My favourite is the one at the bottom right. It is supposed to resemble a Japanese gal. But being the klutz I am, I placed the cinnamon apple filling in it instead of the Japanese red bean paste.

Nevertheless I was happy with the comments my relatives gave me. These donuts are soft and fluffy.

Now if only I can replicate the exact results when I try it out at home. =)
